To whom it may concern,

I am Li Ming, an undergraduate in our university. I am writing this letter for the purpose of expressing my dissatisfaction regarding poor condition of our library, such as noisy learning atmosphere, lack of academic materials for further study and no enough space for readers and so on.

   Here are some conductive suggestions to better the present reading condition as follows: firstly, provide sufficient hip/seat room for students. Secondly, maintain a quiet and favorable environment, especially produce some strict regulations for holding a seat, speaking loudly and setting for romance in the library. Finally, increase the number and the type of academic books, particularly for humanities or adaptions to students’ present status.
