从句(Subordinate Clause)是复合句中不能独立成句，但具有主语部分和谓语部分，由that、who、whom，when，why，where。how，which等引导词(Connective)引导的非主句部分。从句主要包括名词性从句(主语从句、宾语从句、同位语从句)、定语从句和状语从句。本期为您重点讲解名词性从句语法知识点，希望对您有所帮助。
1. 主语从句中注意连接词: that 引导从句时本身无意义，不做句子成分;若从句中缺主/宾/表等名词性成分，则根据需要选择what/which/who/whom等. What crime he has done is quite clear.
2.主语从句中注意主谓一致关系：单个名词性分句充当主语时，谓语用单数形式：当两个由and 连接的名次性从句作主语并表示两件事情时，谓语用复数形式。
Whether she comes or not doesn’t concern me.
What caused the accident and who was responsible for it remain a mystery to us.
3. 介词宾语从句：in that (因为), except that (除了), save that(除了), besides that(除了), but that(要不是).
I would have helped us but that he was short of money at the time.
4. 同位语从句：引导词常用that, 不用which. 可用whether, what, who, how, why when, where 等。
